Job summary

Align Communications is seeking a skilled L3 Cloud Services Engineer to join our Managed Services team in a remote/hybrid role across the United States. The ideal candidate will manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Office 365, Azure, and related infrastructures, collaborating with the IT Service Desk to deliver VIP support.

You will train clients, support onboarding, ensure security and compliance, and contribute to disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Windows-based systems administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 and Azure AD.
• Experience with Azure AD Connect, hybrid environments, and access management.
• Proficiency with Exchange Online and mail flow rules.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud App Security and Intune management.
• Experience with multi-site AD environments and diverse hardware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administration and support for Office 365, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Escalate complex issues as Level 3 to the IT Service Desk and resolve them.
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineers to improve cloud infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Desktop environments and MFA/CA configurations.
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and client training; ensure security/compliance.
• Maintain documentation of systems and support processes; participate in DR tests.
