Job summary

Align is seeking a skilled and motivated L3 Cloud Services Engineer to join our expanding Managed Services team. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and distributed systems.

This is a remote position with hybrid work as needed, and we currently hire candidates in Utah, Arizona, Colorado and Texas. You will collaborate with our IT Service Desk to resolve complex issues, participate in onboarding, and provide white-glove VIP

Qualifications

5–8+ years of Windows-based systems administration and support.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting Office 365 and Azure AD.
Experience with Azure AD Connect, hybrid environments, and access management.
Proficiency with Exchange Online, including mail flow rules and retention policies.
Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud App Security and alert response.
Experience with Intune and JAMF.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced administration for Office 365, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
Act as Level 3 escalation for IT Service Desk, resolving complex technical issues.
Collaborate with Cloud Engineers to support cloud infrastructure.
Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
Troubleshoot Azure MFA, Conditional Access, and Exchange Online configurations.
Assist with onboarding activities including technical assessments and client training.
Document systems, procedures, and policies.
Address post-project support tickets escalated by Level 2 and Level 3 teams.
