Job summary

Coalfire seeks a Senior Director, Cloud Services to lead operations across professional and managed services. You will partner with VP and Managing Principal to set delivery standards, monitor engagement health, and ensure on-time, high-quality cloud service delivery aligned with client needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor, and reinforce Cloud Services delivery standards for scope, quality, timelines, documentation, risk management, and client communication.
• Maintain visibility into engagement schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resourcing to ensure cloud services delivery is progressing on time.
• Review delivery health and metrics such as utilization, capacity, forecast, margins, quality, and client satisfaction; drive corrective action.
• Lead resolution of high-priority delivery and client escalations, engaging directly with clients and delivery teams to restore momentum.
• Lead escalation conversations with professionalism, and ensure clear communication of next steps and decisions.
