You will influence the user experience by shaping information solutions that empower customers and developers, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, CS course material, IT playbooks).
• Experience with UNIX/Linux CLI.

Responsibilities

• Determine documentation requirements with Product, Engineering, and UX teams.
• Lead content strategy and define workstreams for critical user journeys.
• Write, publish, and maintain customer-facing docs including references, online content, guides, and tutorials.
• Collaborate with engineers to create and update documentation sets and edit content for clarity.
