Job summary

UltraViolet Cyber seeks a hands-on cloud security engineer to lead security engineering for the Wiz platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will implement policy-as-code, automate FedRAMP/NIST controls, and craft secure-by-default infrastructure patterns.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of cloud security, Python and Terraform skills, and strong multi-cloud experience. US citizenship is required for government/regulatory work in FedRAMP environments.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen and eligible to work in FedRAMP environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on cloud security engineering experience.
• Wiz CNAPP experience or similar with production admin and rules.
• Strong Python scripting and API integration experience.
• Deep multi-cloud expertise: AWS plus Azure or GCP.
• Terraform/HCL to build reusable modules.
• Policy as code using Rego or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Improve cloud security posture with scalable policy engineering.
• Increase finding quality by reducing false positives.
• Deliver reusable Terraform modules and secure patterns.
• Enable engineers with automation and clear guidance for remediation.
• Support FedRAMP and regulated environments with controls and monitoring.
• Build security capabilities across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Identify, understand, and remediate cloud security risk.
