SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain security controls across cloud and infrastructure environments. This hands-on role collaborates with SRE, Platform, Infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to bake security into cloud platforms from the start.

The ideal candidate combines deep cloud expertise with strong security engineering skills, including IAM, VPC, guardrails, logging, encryption, and IaC-based control enforcement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 8+ years of industry experience, with 2+ years in an AVP level or equivalent.
• 7+ years in cloud security engineering or related roles.
• 5+ years in cloud engineering, security, DevSecOps, SRE, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience securing production AWS environments with IAM, VPC, and least-privilege design.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement security controls across cloud and infrastructure environments.
• Partner with SRE, Platform, Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams to secure enterprise platforms.
• Define secure baselines, guardrails, and preventative controls for infrastructure technologies.
• Build and maintain security controls via IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, and templates.
• Integrate policy, configuration, vulnerability, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Centralize cloud security telemetry and coordinate incident response with Security Operations.
• Translate cloud and infrastructure risks into practical technical controls and remediation options.
