Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6+ years of industry experience, with 1+ years in Senior Associate level or external equivalent.
Deep IaC: 8+ years developing Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar).
CI/CD Mastery: 6+ years building pipelines with GitOps and automation tools.
Cloud Native Skills: Kubernetes, service mesh, auto-scaling (Karpenter).
Programming for Automation: Python, Shell or equivalent.
AWS Proficiency: EKS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, security rules.

Responsibilities

Build Cloud Infrastructure: Create scalable AWS environments using Terraform and modern IaC practices.
Shape Strategic Direction: Develop enterprise AWS solutions with a security-first mindset.
Accelerate Delivery: Drive release automation with CI/CD pipelines (GitOps, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Enhance Cloud Operations: Automate patching, upgrades, and upkeep of IaC and pipelines.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with customers and internal teams to align infra with needs.
Champion Automation: Drive automation of Infrastructure in AWS to minimize manual work and errors.
Drive Innovation: Propose improvements and evolve cloud strategy; take on additional tasks as needed.
