Job summary

Coupa Software Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Manager to own complex, end-to-end cloud security problems. You will build durable security tooling, set engineering standards, and partner with Engineering, IT, and Compliance to ship secure controls.

You will mentor engineers, participate in on-call rotations, and drive remediation across cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers, and CI/CD pipelines. A strong emphasis on risk-based analysis and audit readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience securing multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Ability to design and implement policy as code and IaC security guardrails.
• Experience with container security, Kubernetes, and runtime protection.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP audit evidence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-cloud security controls across Coupa’s cloud environment.
• Build policy as code and IaC security guardrails integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Harden containerized workloads and Kubernetes clusters; perform image scanning and network policy enforcement.
• Own vulnerability analysis of applications, containers, and dependencies with risk-based triage.
• Design and implement remediations including secure code fixes and IAM policy adjustments.
• Support incident response and forensics with root-cause analysis and remediation validation.
• Partner with Risk & Compliance to provide evidence for audit frameworks.
