Job summary

Weight Watchers within the Engineering team seeks a Senior Security Engineer - Cloud Security to safeguard our infrastructure and applications. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design secure cloud architectures, implement AI-native security measures, and advance our threat detection capabilities across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will drive secure-by-default practices, build automations with AI agents, and lead incident response efforts while aligning with business goals

Qualifications

• Experience with SIEM/EDR/CSPM tools (Wiz, CrowdStrike, Scanner)
• Cloud security focus, especially AWS IAM and config services
• Kubernetes security including RBAC, admission controllers and runtime security
• Incident response expertise and being an Incident Commander/Responser

Responsibilities

• Design and build security for future infrastructure
• Improve cloud security posture management and secure products/services
• Lead AI-native security initiatives and tool adoption
• Develop autonomous AI agents for threat detection, triage, and incident response
• Define KPIs for infra/cloud security program
• Detect and respond to security incidents and participate in on-call rotation
