Job summary

Sword Health is seeking a Senior Security Engineer (Security Operations) to safeguard cloud infrastructure and apps. You will design detection, automate triage with AI, and lead incident investigations across engineering and IT teams.

You’ll build AI-assisted runbooks, tune alerts, and coordinate containment and remediation efforts, ensuring robust security posture and rapid response. This role reports to the IT/Security leadership in the US.

Qualifications

• Public trust clearance ability is required and must be maintainable.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/cybersecurity.
• Experience with cloud platforms and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve detection and alerting controls for high fidelity.
• Lead end-to-end incident investigations using telemetry correlation.
• Drive data-driven triage and threat hunting across teams.
• Define metrics to improve incident response speed and accuracy.
