Job summary

Northern Trust Corp is looking for a Sr Lead, Cloud Security Engineer to ensure the security and compliance of cloud environments in Chicago, IL. This individual will focus on implementing security controls and collaborating with development teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8-12 years of total IT experience, with a strong background in Infrastructure as Code and deep understanding of cloud security principles. The position offers a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working in public cloud as an engineer or developer.
• Minimum of 5 years working as an Engineer, Developer, or Architect in IT.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security measures for cloud platforms.
• Develop Policy as Code (PaC) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Utilize CSPM tools for security assessment and monitoring.
