Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Cloud Security Professional within the Office of the CISO to support Canada Finserv customers. You will drive security conversations, respond to inquiries, and lead end-to-end cloud security engagements across pre- and post-sales activities.

The role requires deep expertise in cloud security, incident response, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong communication skills and English fluency; French is a plus. Remote/work-flexible options may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years IT experience and 5 years in Cloud Security.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers.
• Experience with cloud operations and enterprise cyber defense techniques.
• Fluency in English; French a plus; ability to articulate complex issues to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifaceted security conversations focusing on Canada Finserv customers.
• Support Sales in Pre- and Post-Sales efforts; respond to security questions and questionnaires.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end customer cloud security experience.
• Present and evangelize on AI and cloud adoption & assurance; lead security incident responses.
