Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive to grow existing business in the East region for a fully remote, global team. You will prospect, nurture, and close opportunities, manage forecasts in Salesforce, and articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in infrastructure technology sales, a history of hitting targets, and strong communication skills across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in competitive environments (top 10% performer).
• Excellent communication across in-person, online, and written channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within a set of current customers.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations and account management.
