Job summary

Claritev seeks a Senior Enterprise Resilience Engineer to design, automate, and continuously improve backup, restore, disaster recovery, and cyber recovery capabilities across enterprise and cloud environments.

The role integrates data protection platforms, automation, orchestration, and AI-assisted runbook management to deliver repeatable recovery outcomes with strong collaboration across security, risk, and operations teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of progressive infrastructure/data protection experience.
Hands-on design and operation of backup, restore, DR, and cyber recovery capabilities.
Experience building automation with Terraform, Ansible, scripting, APIs, and source control.

Responsibilities

Design resilient data protection, restore, DR, and cyber recovery solutions with defined RTO/RPOs.
Automate and orchestrate recovery scenarios using IAC, APIs, and workflow engines.
Develop recovery automation using Terraform, Ansible, scripting, and cloud services.
Integrate data protection, cloud, security, and monitoring platforms via APIs for coordinated recovery.
Engineer and operate OCI recovery capabilities and FSDR implementations.
Maintain and improve recovery runbooks with AI-assisted techniques and proper governance.
Plan and document recovery tests, exercises, and cyber simulations; report readiness to stakeholders.
