Job summary

QTS Data Centers in Atlanta seeks a Resiliency Engineer to own the end-to-end architecture for our infrastructure resiliency capability, covering backup, disaster recovery orchestration, and cyber-resilient infrastructure. You will set design standards, reference architectures, and integration patterns for resilience across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure, data protection, or disaster recovery.
• Experience designing or contributing to recovery, backup, or DR platform architecture.
• Strong command of backup, DR orchestration, and cloud recovery design.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture for the resiliency platform portfolio.
• Define design standards, reference architectures, and integration patterns for recovery and resilience platforms.
• Lead platform technology selection, proofs of concept, and architectural recommendations.
• Forecast capacity and growth for storage, compute, and licensing; align with budget planning.
• Collaborate with InfraOps, enterprise architecture, and CISO on recovery topology and cyber-resilient design.
