Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Consultant to lead Cloud Red Team Blue Team engagements remotely for customers across the United States. The role emphasizes adversary emulation, real-time blue team support, and engagement management from kickoff to final report.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in cybersecurity, experience with multiple cloud platforms, scripting and automation skills, and strong client management. Excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in red team consulting services or MSSP roles.
• 1-2 years experience conducting Red Team Blue Team or Purple Team exercises.
• 5+ years cybersecurity industry experience overall, hands-on roles including penetration testing, adversary emulation, security automation, etc.
• Experience in scripting, automation, and tooling development to support adversary emulation operations, streamline engagement workflows, and build or extend custom red team capabilities.
• Experience building long-term client relationships and managing customer-facing projects.
• Experience implementing information security programs across endpoint, cloud, network, threat intel or SOC domains would be helpful.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Cloud Red Team Blue Team engagements as a Red Teamer against customer environments with Blue Team support in real-time threat hunting and IR.
• Manage engagements from kickoff through report delivery and identify long-term improvements to CRTBT offering.
• Collaborate with customers to understand existing cloud security controls and detection capabilities and emulate realistic TTPs.
• Assist customers in detecting, stopping, and recovering from cloud-based breaches.
