Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Red Team Consultant to perform targeted penetration tests and threat emulation across operating systems, networks and apps. You will communicate findings to executive and technical teams, drive security improvements and help advance CrowdStrike’s AI-native platform.

The role requires multiple certifications and practical experience in Red Team operations, with occasional travel and the ability to operate across a complex security environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Red Team/Penetration Testing experience.
• Security community participation (conference talks, tool development) is highly preferred.
• Advanced experience with security assessment tools (Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, Burp Suite).
• Strong understanding of security methodologies, technologies and best practices.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, UNIX, and Mac operating systems.
• Advanced networking knowledge (routers, switches, load balancers, wireless access points).
• Experience with firewalls, proxies, mail and web servers.
• Automation and scripting of applications and systems.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decisions and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform Red Team assessments to simulate threat actors across kill chain and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Produce high-quality reports, presentations and security recommendations for executives.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and multiple teams to improve security programs.
• Provide guidance during enterprise-wide crisis scenarios and outages.
