Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Red Team Consultant to simulate threat actors, coordinate with senior leadership, and perform assessments across the Kill Chain. You will help CrowdStrike clients determine threats and improve defenses using advanced tools and methodologies.

The role requires extensive experience in security assessments, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across executive and technical teams. Occasional travel (<25%) is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Red Team/penetration testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform penetration assessments of OS, apps, databases, and network components.
• Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and security-focused recommendations to customer management.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical teams.
• Lead/assist in developing and improving an information security program.
• Provide guidance during enterprise-wide crisis scenarios.
• Operate as a technical operator on various penetration testing offerings.
