Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Project Manager to deliver IT and cloud projects remotely for diverse clients. You will coordinate activities, manage schedules and risks, and partner with delivery teams, partners, and customers to ensure on-time, in-scope, within-budget outcomes.

This customer-facing role requires excellent communication, organization, and collaboration. Experience supporting AWS, Azure, GCP, and DevOps is preferred, with a solid grasp of Agile, Scrum, and Jira in a fast-paced modern

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of IT project management experience.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Trello or similar tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage expectations of multiple project stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and customer contacts.
Support planning and execution of IT solution delivery projects.
Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to drive customer value and align with Presidio objectives.
Build, maintain, and track project schedules using established project management tools.
Identify, track, and help resolve risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when needed.
Facilitate project-related meetings such as status calls, Scrum ceremonies, and working sessions.
Track progress against milestones, timelines, and budgets.
Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Support cross-functional and distributed teams to ensure aligned communication and execution.
Help develop project plans including tasks, timelines, risks, and issues.
Ensure projects meet customer expectations and Presidio standards.
Contribute to a customer-first approach with clear communication and relationship building.
