Job summary

Community Federal Savings Bank (CFSB) seeks a senior technology leader to own the cloud strategy, platform engineering, and cloud operating model. Reporting to the CIO/CTO, this role shapes the multi-year cloud roadmap and leads a team that builds and runs the bank's cloud platform, including landing zones, automation, networking, and controls.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a regulated environment, requiring presentation of cloud investments to executives and evidence to regulators.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
10+ years in technology infrastructure, platform, or cloud engineering.
3+ years leading technical teams.
Experience in a regulated industry with formal audits, control and change management.

Responsibilities

Own the multi-year cloud strategy and migration roadmap aligned to business priorities and budget.
Lead design, build, and operation of the cloud platform including landing zones and network architecture.
Own infrastructure-as-code and pipeline-based delivery as the default provisioning mechanism.
Own the cloud budget, AWS relationships, and vendor negotiations.
Recruit, develop, and retain cloud engineers and balance squad work with platform priorities.
