First National Bank is seeking a Senior Manager of Cloud Platform Engineering to design, implement, and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure. You will lead Cloud Platform and DevOps teams, driving governance, security integration, and cost efficiency across multi-cloud environments.

The role requires senior-level cloud architecture skills, strong leadership, and the ability to align platform capabilities with business needs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 7+ years of cloud platform engineering experience.
• Strong leadership in Cloud/DevOps with enterprise-scale implementations.
• Experience building secure, highly available, cost-efficient cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for Cloud Platform and DevOps teams; define multi-year strategy.
• Establish governance for cloud environments including identity, networking, security baselines.
• Drive CI/CD maturity, automation frameworks, and release governance.
• Own cloud resiliency, DR, and operational readiness programs.
• Align platform capabilities with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and app teams.
• Develop budgets, vendor strategy, and FinOps; report on cloud health and cost efficiency.
• Oversee landing zones, IaC standardization, and automated provisioning.
• Standardize networking, identity, and segmentation across clouds.
• Lead platform reliability with monitoring, logging, and observability standards.
• Promote collaboration among development, security, and operations teams.
