Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead AWS-based platforms and automate end-to-end delivery. You will build scalable environments with Terraform, drive CI/CD with FluxCD/ArgoCD and GitHub Actions, and partner with security and DevOps teams to ensure resilience and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years IaC and 6+ years CI/CD experience, deep Kubernetes experience, and strong Python scripting abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years developing Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar)
• 6+ years building pipelines with GitOps and automation tools
• Hands-on Kubernetes and service mesh experience
• Strong programming background (Python, Shell, or equivalent)
• Expertise with AWS services including EKS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, and security rules

Responsibilities

• Build scalable AWS environments using Terraform and modern IaC practices.
• Develop enterprise AWS solutions with a security-first mindset — ensuring resilience and performance.
• Drive release automation through CI/CD pipelines (GitOps, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Automate patching, upgrades, and upkeep of IaC and pipelines.
• Collaborate with external customers and internal teams to align infra with needs.
• Champion AWS infrastructure automation across the organization.
• Contribute to cloud strategy and drive innovation initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by management
