Job summary

Charles River Development is seeking an experienced Cloud Native Platform Engineer to automate operations, build deployment tooling, and optimize cloud-native workloads. You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, and client teams to ensure scalable, secure platform solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities include designing AKS platforms, enabling cloud-native workloads, implementing GitOps, and driving observability and governance across Azure environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in cloud engineering with platform experience.
• Extensive Kubernetes and Azure AKS expertise.
• Experience with multi-cloud and security governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AKS platforms with HA and DR.
• Onboard workloads to cloud-native architectures.
• Build GitOps deployment using ArgoCD.
• Develop IaC with Terraform for Azure resources and AKS.
• Monitor platform reliability and drive SLOs/SLIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and FinOps for Azure.
