Job summary

NetBox Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Delivery team. You will own and evolve the AWS infrastructure underpinning NetBox Cloud, including EKS clusters, VPC design, IAM, and RDS.

You will lead end-to-end infra projects, drive deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines, and mentor engineers. The role emphasizes reliable, scalable customer launches, on-call incident leadership, and contributing to SOC 2 compliance and IAM governance while working in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the AWS infrastructure underpinning NetBox Cloud (EKS clusters, VPC design, IAM, RDS, etc).
• Lead infra projects from design through delivery with clear milestones and team tasks.
• Collaborate with Product to deliver reliable, scalable customer launches.
• Improve deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with a focus on reliability, speed, AI enablement and developer self-service.
• Address technical debt to prevent reliability or security risks.
• Set and own SLOs for systems; reduce toil via automation.
• Contribute to SOC 2 compliance, security controls, and IAM governance.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident response end to end, including postmortems.
