Job summary

CME Group is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to join the Central Hub within our Architecture Foundry. You will design enterprise-grade IaC templates, automation pipelines, and guardrails to enable secure, scalable cloud workloads on GCP.

Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and AI Solutions Specialist to craft platform blueprints, optimize workloads, and deliver push-button deployment patterns that accelerate product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates (Terraform, KCC, Helm Charts) for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop and enforce Policy-as-Code frameworks, DevSecOps pipelines, and CSPM guardrails to ensure pattern conformance and security auditing.
• Optimize GKE workloads, autoscaling, and resource allocation to prevent stockouts and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and AI Solutions Specialist to host AI agents and LLM workflows in secure cloud environments.
