True Anomaly is building the next generation of space defense. As we scale, our cloud infrastructure becomes a key force multiplier for shipping software securely across multi-cloud environments.

As a Senior Infrastructure Platform Engineer, you will design and ship foundational infrastructure, including AWS and Azure, and drive reusable patterns, CI/CD, and tooling that accelerate engineering teams while maintaining governance and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering experience, with independent work.
• Strong software background; end-to-end production systems.
• Cloud infrastructure design/operations (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Infrastructure-as-code, Terraform.
• Modern CI/CD and deployment practices.
• Ability to work across broad technical surface area.
• Trusted technical contributor owning systems end to end.
• Networking knowledge sufficient to build connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate foundational cloud infrastructure rolled out across the enterprise.
• Build multi-cloud environment, accounts, guardrails, and networking and identity.
• Provide self-service for account provisioning and deployment on paved roads.
• Author reusable infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Contribute to CI/CD, testing, and deployment standards.
• Build self-service tooling and paved-road patterns for teams.
• Contribute to cloud services evaluation and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers through code review and pairing.
• Coordinate with security and IT to meet government security requirements.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools.
