Happen Bank is seeking a Sr Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, deliver and operate secure multi-account AWS infrastructure at scale. You will own Kubernetes/EKS platforms, IAM and networking, CI/CD, and security controls while improving observability and compliance.

The role blends architecture, hands-on production work, and modernization across Terraform, GitHub Actions, and cloud-native tech. Based in San Francisco or Lehi with hybrid in-office Tue-Thu, this position offers relocation

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing, building and operating production cloud infra.
• Deep AWS networking, security, compute, storage and governance knowledge.
• Proficient with Terraform or similar IaC tools and drift controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate multi-account AWS infra with security and scalability.
• Own production changes from design to validation and support.
• Build and operate Kubernetes/EKS platforms and cluster lifecycle.
• Modernize networking with VPCs, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink and DNS.
• Strengthen identity governance and secret rotation.
• Improve observability with Grafana/Prometheus and incident response.
• Advance CI/CD, GitHub Actions, OIDC and secure runners.
• Improve resiliency, compliance, and automation with Terraform drift management.
