F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Cloud Platform Engineering to design, implement, and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure platforms in Pittsburgh.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive security integration, resiliency, and operational excellence while aligning with regulatory and business needs. The role requires deep expertise in cloud architecture, automation, and platform services, partnering with application, security, network, and infrastructure teams to deliver

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of related cloud/DevOps experience.
• Preferred ITIL and AWS solutions architect certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud Platform Engineering and DevOps teams and define a multi-year cloud platform strategy.
• Establish governance for cloud environments incl. identity, networking, security baselines, and cost management.
• Drive DevOps maturity with CI/CD, automation frameworks, and release governance.
• Incorporate security into pipelines; own cloud resiliency, high availability, DR, and operability programs.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and App Development leaders to align platform capabilities.
• Oversee workforce planning, skills development, and succession for platform and DevOps teams.
• Manage budgets, vendor strategy, and FinOps; report on cloud health, risk, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee enterprise cloud landing zones, IaC standards, and automated provisioning.
