This role will grow and leverage cloud capabilities, driving a cloud-first Azure architecture, enhancing security, leading day-to-day operations, and developing a diverse team aligned with our cloud operations vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience with accountability and mentorship.
• Excellent relationship-building across organizational levels.
• Strong communication, data-driven decision making, and problem solving.
• Proven track record delivering IT and data projects.
• Azure experience >3 years and cloud/DevOps best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud Operations strategy, roadmap, and team development.
• Establish security policies, resiliency, and reliability standards.
• Manage budgets for hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Oversee disaster recovery capabilities and IaC adoption (Terraform).
• Expand DevOps collaboration with software engineering for deployments.
• Grow a diverse team and ensure cross-training and succession planning.
