Bluetooth SIG is seeking an experienced Cloud Operations leader in Kirkland, WA to mature the IT Cloud Operations team. You will own tools, services, data, and security to support Bluetooth's mission and member companies.

You will drive a cloud-first Azure architecture, strengthen security, and expand IaC usage while leading a diverse team and coordinating with software engineering to streamline deployments.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant work experience in cloud/IT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive vision for Cloud Operations.
• Lead department planning for operational and project work.
• Standardize documentation of work processes and policies.
• Establish and deliver a calendar of recurring activities across the team.
• Grow and manage a diverse team of direct reports.
• Develop skills inventory for cross-training.
• Support day-to-day and project work.
• Drive forward a cloud-first architecture with Azure.
• Maintain high standards of resiliency, security, and reliability.
• Expand IaC usage (Terraform) and code repositories (GitHub).
