Job summary

AHEAD is hiring a Cloud Engineer - Managed Services to operate and improve customer cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI). You will handle incidents, changes, and automation while coordinating with teams. Strong scripting and DevOps awareness are highly valued.

The role emphasizes service delivery, governance, documentation, and professional communication with customers, with after-hours/on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or managed services support.
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP/OCI).
• Experience with incidents, requests, changes, or recurring admin tasks in production.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux server operations, IAM concepts, networking, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support cloud infrastructure and operational tooling across customer environments.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, alerts, and escalations; triage and resolve.
• Execute standard changes, provisioning, deprovisioning, access changes, and maintenance activities.
• Administer cloud resources across compute, storage, networking, identity, security, and governance.
