Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Software Testing Engineer to validate cloud and on‑premise security management platforms. You will design and run functional, security, performance and regression tests, expanding Python‑ and Playwright‑based automation across cloud‑native deployments.

The role requires strong networking knowledge, AWS experience, and hands‑on testing of microservices in Kubernetes. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience testing networking and security products, preferably in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols and security mechanisms.
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases and plans.
• Hands-on experience with UI test automation tools and frameworks, especially Playwright.

Responsibilities

• Test end-to-end systems built with microservices in Kubernetes in AWS and hypervisor environments.
• Perform browser compatibility, user workflow, and traffic testing across browsers.
• Validate admin workflows, document test scenarios and verify system logs.
• Validate RBAC to ensure logs and admin pages are secure.
• Develop and execute test strategies, cases, and scripts for cloud networking products.
