Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own customer-facing observability surfaces within Crusoe Cloud’s Cloud Monitoring Service, delivering the managed logs experience and self-service telemetry that lets customers collect, search, and act on their data.

You will own end-to-end product surfaces, from APIs and backend services through onboarding and configuration, with a focus on reliability and ease of use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with modern compiled languages (Go, Rust, Java, or C++).
• Ability to own customer-facing software surfaces end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing services for the observability product.
• Build and operate ingestion endpoints, query APIs, retention, and access controls.
• Design scalable, multi-tenant cloud services with reliable performance.
