11:11 Systems is seeking a dedicated Senior Cloud Network Engineer to own and support cloud network systems for complex client accounts. This remote, full-time role emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team collaboration with engineering, sales, and design functions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Cisco-based networking experience, CCNP/CCIE, and strong knowledge of VMware NSX and F5 LTM within global data centers. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on Cisco-based network engineering experience.
• CCNP/CCIE certifications with documented work experience.
• Global data center environment experience.
• Expert with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ASA/ASR and F5 platforms.
• Strong communication and enterprise network management skills.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Own all assigned cloud network responsibilities and ensure accountability.
• Lead complex network troubleshooting during incidents within SLA commitments.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Document work in ticketing system and knowledge base.
• Develop detailed build and support documentation including diagrams and CDRs.
• Prepare detailed Service Incident Reports with root cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Plan and execute changes outside normal business hours as needed.
• Triage incident, change, and request tickets for Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure and DR customers.
• Manage networking configurations (switches, firewalls, load balancers, IPSEC VPNs).
• Implement and administer network security hardware/software per policy.
• Provide overflow capacity for deployment engineering functions.
• Support Network Solution Architect team with customer network designs.
• Pursue advanced certifications and stay current with Cisco, F5, VMware products.
• Adhere to company service management practices and ethics.
