Job summary

Calance Software seeks a Senior Network Engineer for a fully remote 12‑month engagement. You will design and implement enterprise data center networks, lead migrations, and produce HLD/LLD documentation across global programs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience with Cisco, F5, Fortinet, and multi-site environments, CCNP or higher, and a track record delivering large-scale deployments. This role emphasizes design ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• CCNP-level or higher in Routing & Switching, Security, or Data Centre; CCIE highly desirable.
• Proven delivery of network projects from design to handover in multi-site enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to produce clear HLD/LLD documentation and present designs to technical teams.
• Experience with large-scale data center deployments and complex migrations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end network solutions for new infra rollouts and global expansion.
• Lead migrations and platform upgrades with ownership of design and cutover.
• Create high- and low-level designs, docs, and as-built records to enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with architects, PMs, and client teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Provide senior technical input during pre-delivery phases including risk assessment and validation.
• Perform implementation and testing in lab and live environments and handover to operations.
