Oracle’s Network Region Build (NRB) team deploys large-scale global cloud networks and enables compute connectivity for OCI regions. You will design, deploy, and operate networks, contributing to automation, tooling, and cross-functional improvements.

This role emphasizes Python automation, networking protocols, and experience in large ISP or cloud environments. The position requires 8+ years in networking, strong scripting skills, and collaboration across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in large ISP or cloud provider environment.
• Strong knowledge of Python for automation and datacenter design.
• Experience with networking protocols and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead network lifecycle management programs and define milestones.
• Decompose high-level architectures into detailed designs and guide engineers.
• Develop scripts to automate complex tasks and support network automation.
• Coordinate with product teams and PMO to address gaps and needs.
• Provide SME guidance and coaching to junior staff.
