Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Cloud Architect for a Fortune 500 client in the United States. The role is based in Charlotte, NC or Cincinnati, OH and pays 75–80 per hour on W2.

You will design, implement and optimize the overall infrastructure, from on‑prem to cloud, ensuring SLA, DR and security requirements are met. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in network engineering, 2+ years with Azure or GCP, and hands-on experience with interconnects and security tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in network engineering and IT infrastructure.
• 2+ years with cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.
• Experience with core cloud network interconnect technologies and security.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure components to meet SLA, DR, monitoring, security, and scalability.
• Ensure post-production operational processes are designed before support.
• Generate scripts and templates for automatic resource provisioning (on prem, cloud, distributed).
• Adopt cloud service provider standards and interconnect technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across virtualization, containers, and microservices.
