Job summary

Intel’s Senior Software & Infrastructure Engineer will design, build, and maintain cloud-native applications and distributed systems powering semiconductor manufacturing and testing. This hybrid role spans cloud and on-prem environments, with emphasis on security, automation, and reliability.

You’ll own full-stack solutions from servers and VMs to Kubernetes clusters, helping internal stakeholders and external customers deliver robust, scalable, and secure software for STTD operations.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/Engineering or related STEM field required.
• 4+ years in software development with the listed languages.
• Experience with cloud and on-prem infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and debug cloud-native apps and platform services.
• Build and maintain distributed systems with APIs, microservices and data services.
• Deploy and manage hybrid cloud/in-house infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and IaC automation; manage OS lifecycle and patches.
• Provide operations support including monitoring, incident response and runbooks.
