Lenovo is seeking an experienced Senior Kubernetes & DevOps Engineer to support cloud-native infrastructure. You will manage Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and automation to improve reliability, performance, and scalability across our environments in Morrisville, NC.

The role emphasizes maintaining DevOps platforms, monitoring systems, and developing automation—requiring strong Kubernetes expertise and hands-on scripting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
5+ years in IT Operations, DevOps, or SRE.
3+ years hands-on Kubernetes administration.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, upgrades, scaling and log management.
Manage the DevOps toolchain and CI/CD processes, code repositories, and build automation.
Monitor platform performance, perform tuning, and resolve bottlenecks.
Design and develop automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and reliability.
