Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend design, build, and production support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Go, C/C++, or Java.
• Experience with public clouds and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven technical leadership and collaboration across multiple teams.
• Experience with observability, incidents, and postmortems.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead design and implementation of complex backend services in a cloud-native environment.
• Make architecture decisions balancing reliability, scalability, and operability.
• Drive end-to-end projects from requirements to production.
• Improve service reliability with observability, SLOs/SLAs, and on-call participation.
• Collaborate to define APIs, data models, and platform coherence.
• Identify productivity improvements and tooling enhancements.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
