Job summary

OSAAVA Services LLC seeks a Lead Developer to architect and guide secure cloud-native solutions for mission systems supporting NASIC at Wright-Patterson AFB. You will lead development teams in a classified environment, drive secure software practices, and advance modernization of legacy systems toward scalable cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance (or recently held and eligible for reinstatement)
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent)
• 5+ years of software development experience in secure or classified environments
• Experience developing cloud-native applications (AWS or Azure Government environments preferred)
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes-based architectures
• Strong background in system integration and distributed system design

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud-native architectures supporting mission systems
• Lead secure software development efforts within classified environments
• Oversee system integration across mission platforms and data environments
• Guide development teams operating within DevSecOps pipelines
• Ensure secure coding practices aligned with DoD cybersecurity standards, including STIG and RMF compliance
• Support modernization of legacy systems to scalable cloud-based architectures
• Implement containerized and microservices-based solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and mission teams to ensure secure, resilient system delivery
