• Active security clearance (or recently held and eligible for reinstatement)
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent)

• Experience developing cloud-native applications (AWS or Azure Government environments preferred)
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes-based architectures
• Strong background in system integration and distributed system design

Position Overview

OSAAVA Services is seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer to architect and guide secure cloud-native solutions supporting mission systems aligned with operations at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) located at Wright-Patterson AFB. This role serves as a technical leadership position within a classified environment, responsible for designing modern software architectures, guiding development teams, and supporting the modernization of mission systems through secure cloud platforms and DevSecOps practices. The ideal candidate will bring experience in cloud-native development, secure software engineering, and system integration, with the ability to lead development efforts supporting mission-critical defense systems.
