Job summary

Design Interactive is seeking a Systems Engineer and Architect for an upcoming contract at Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH. The role focuses on end-to-end systems engineering and MBSE across doD-classified environments, developing data workflows and scalable architectures to support NASIC mission areas and DoW needs.

Qualifications

Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance (Secret or TS/SCI).
Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Advanced degrees (MS/PhD) preferred for some roles.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and manage systems engineering and MBSE activities across full lifecycle.
Architect and integrate data pipelines across enterprise, DoD, IC, and partner environments.
Lead cross-functional programs to modernize legacy systems for multi-level classified hybrid cloud environments.
Design scalable architectures and governing frameworks for digital transformation.
