Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering, development or architecture.
- Experience leading enterprise application modernization initiatives.
- Strong background delivering large-scale enterprise apps in cloud environments.
- Able to articulate architecture decisions and lead technical discussions.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead modernization initiatives for legacy enterprise applications.
- Define target-state architectures and migration strategies.
- Guide teams through refactoring, re-platforming, and cloud adoption.
- Partner with engineering to improve scalability, resiliency, and maintainability.
- Design scalable, secure and high-performing architectures.
- Establish design patterns and engineering best practices.
- Lead architecture decisions and participate in technical reviews.
- Collaborate across Development, DevOps, QA, and Platform teams.
