Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Enterprise Delivery Manager for migrations in New York. You will guide large, complex customers through cloud transitions, acting as strategic advisor and technical consultant while leading delivery governance and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with Sales, Solutions, Support, Product Management, Channel Partners, and Engineering to navigate architectural decisions, mitigate risks, and plan adoption, including AI features.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working in or around software delivery roles such as Delivery Manager or DevOps.
• Proven track record leading data migration, systems integrations, or platform transformations.
• Knowledge of APIs, automations, and integration patterns between on-prem and cloud.
• Strong SDLC understanding, linking process, tooling, and delivery outcomes.
• Ability to influence senior decision-makers through delivery expertise.

Responsibilities

• Migration Strategy: Lead end-to-end cloud transformation engagements aligned to business outcomes.
• Risk Management: Facilitate readiness assessments and advise on remediation.
• Technical Architecture: Explain APIs, webhooks, and automation components in customer environments.
• Trusted Advisor: Guide senior leadership with data-backed insights.
• Delivery Excellence: Govern migration lifecycle from discovery to go-live.
• Drive Accountability: Define milestones, report progress, and manage resources.
• Stakeholder Management: Lead communications and steering committees.
• Escalation Management: Act as escalation point for blockers.
• Team Leadership: Mentor peers and develop internal enablement and playbooks.
• Industry Insight: Track trends and propose innovative cloud solutions.
