Title - Senior Cloud Migration Business Analyst

Work - Remote (USA EST)

NInfo Systems Inc. is a Certified minority-owned national IT Recruiting and Solutions provider with two decades of experience. It works with Fortune 500 corporations, mid-sized companies, Boutique Consulting companies, startups, SME-level organizations, Federal/State agencies, and tier-one vendors.

We are looking for an experienced Application Domain SME with expertise in Business Analysis, fluent in Portuguese and English (oral and written). This role requires deep domain knowledge to analyze business needs, design solutions, and drive implementation.

As the client location is based in Brazil, candidates should be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours.

Requirements

• 12 years in business analysis with 5+ years in cloud migration experience.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English - speaking and writing.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise migrations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications/user stories.
• Document business and technical requirements for cloud migrations.
• Analyze application portfolios and assess cloud readiness.
• Define migration strategies, roadmaps, and target states.
• Coordinate with cloud architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Track migration progress, risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
