Job Summary

PR&O Business Analyst - D365 Customer Service Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure system functional requirements are well defined, system components are integrated effectively, and the design aligns with program goals and architectural principles.
2. Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation to contribute to successful program delivery.
3. Evaluate business operations to analyze costs and efficiency.
4. Develop project plans and ensure their timely completion.
5. Analyze large organizational data sets to provide actionable insights.
6. Conduct budgeting and financial analysis.
7. Recommend process improvements to increase business efficiency.

This is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States.

Minimum Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• 10+ years of experience in requirements gathering, process & functional flow, epics, features & user stories creation.
• Experience with D365 Customer Service and Field Service modules.
• Experience conducting workshops with Business & IT collaborators.
• Experience working with offshore development teams.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary ranges from $79,240 to $154,500, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid holidays and time off, 401(k) plan, disability coverage, paid parental leave, and stock purchase plans.
