Senior IFS Business Analyst – Service & Maintenance

Remote (U.S. Based Only) | Permanent Position

Adastra Resource Group has been exclusively retained by our market-leading client to identify a Senior IFS Business Analyst with proven expertise in IFS Service & Maintenance modules. You’ll play a key role in a highly visible ERP transformation project, working with business and technical stakeholders to optimize, implement, and support IFS solutions across service operations and beyond. If you’ve been part of an IFS Cloud project and have hands-on experience with IFS Scope Tool, even better.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Leading workshops and gathering requirements from business users
2. Mapping “As-Is” and designing “To-Be” business processes
3. Writing detailed functional specifications and coordinating configuration activities
4. Supporting implementation and post-go-live phases across the IFS platform
5. Driving improvements in Service & Maintenance, with exposure across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, and Quality
6. Working in collaboration with a team of expert IFS professionals across the U.S.

Core Module Experience Required:

IFS Service & Maintenance: Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Mobile Field Service, Equipment Objects, Service Contracts, Case Management, Depot Repair, and Resource Scheduling.

Additional Modules (Nice-to-Have): Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory), Manufacturing (MRP, Shop Orders), Finance (GL, AP/AR, Costing), Quality, HR, Time & Attendance.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 5+ years of experience as an IFS Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
2. Strong hands-on knowledge of IFS Service & Maintenance modules
3. Experience with IFS Cloud (preferred) or IFS Apps 10
4. Exposure to or experience with the IFS Scope Tool
5. Excellent stakeholder engagement and business process design skills
6. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
7. Must be located in the U.S. with valid work authorization (no visa sponsorship available)
