Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Analysis/Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) with 8–12 years of prior relevant experience.
• Certifications such as Tableau Desktop Certified Associate/Professional, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst, or Power Platform Fundamentals are preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and normalize data for usage.
• Develop cloud metrics and ROI analyses for government approval.
• Create a balanced scorecard for enterprise cloud effectiveness.
• Build dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for on-demand metrics.
• Collaborate with PMO, Operations, Engineering, and Cyber.
• Automate reports and standardize metrics across teams.
• Present metrics in customer meetings and program reviews.
