Job summary

Leidos in Alexandria, VA seeks a Cloud Innovation Solution Engineer to lead cloud initiatives for the U.S. Coast Guard at C5ISC, designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

You will mentor teams, define reference architectures, drive DevOps adoption, manage large migrations, and ensure security and compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in an IT discipline (experience may substitute for degree).
• Strong customer-facing skills and excellent communication.
• 12+ years of administration experience with cloud-based applications (MS O365, SharePoint, Azure AD, AWS).
• Experience with UiPath is a plus.
• Experience administering Windows Server and related services; solid Active Directory/SAML knowledge.
• Multiple cloud/tool experience: UiPath, Ansible, AWS Console, Elastic, Splunk, Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, SaaS offerings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead large-scale cloud migration projects from planning to execution.
• Mentor development teams on cloud-native design and deployment.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Security to define secure cloud architecture and standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and SOPs.
